NMC Product Specifications

NOMASTYL - STYRENE 

1. High-density, extruded styrene - smooth surface 
2. White, 2-meter lengths in 24 different patterns and sizes 
3. 75kg of styrene per m³
4. Melting temperature 120°C 
5. Product is not toxic 
6. 100 meter of Plaster of Paris weighs 65kg
7. 100 meter of Styrene weighs 8kg
8. Does not shrink or expand
9. Material absorbs building movements (no cracks)
10. A, AT, SM, TI, TL are suitable to go over existing standard cove cornices
11. Paintable with PVA (water-based paint). 
12. Cut into segments to go around curved walls and fill with glue/filler.

ARSTYL - POLYURETHANE 

1. Hard-cast polyurethane covered with a special film, then covered with a primer for a smooth finish
2. White, 2-meter lengths in 35 different patterns and sizes
3. 180kg of polyurethane per m³
4. Melting temperature 150°C
5. Product is not toxic
6. Does not shrink or expand
7. Material absorbs building movement (no cracks)
8. Paintable with any paint (already primed)
9. Holes for dowels to ensure precise fitting
10. Not recommended for curved walls.

DOMOSTYL - EXTERIOR POLYURETHANE 

1. Resists temperatures up to 75°C
2. UV and water resistant
3. Grey colour, two-meter lengths
4. Material absorbs building movement

ADHESIVE/FILLER - NOMASTYL/ARSTYL

1. Acrylic, resin-based paste
2. Filling qualities - at the joints leave 2mm expansion join
3. Fully sandable - the joints must be sanded down to get a perfect finish
4. Packaging: 5kg, 1kg, 500g cartridge
5. Sets in 10 min, dries in 24 hours
6. Adheres to the following surfaces: Wood, plaster, mirrors, tiles and wallpaper, providing that the surface is dry and free of dust and grease.

ADHESIVE/FILLER - DOMOSTYL

1. Silicon based
2. Not as sandable as interior adhesive/filler
3. Adheres to all usual construction materials providing these surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease
4. Packaging: 310ml cartridge.
